So I decide to build my first Gaming PC and I could use your help any suggestions on how to maximize it's awesomeness while trying to keep it under $800 would be greatly appreciated and any tips for a 1st time builder. Not sure what is going on here. Are you planning on that AMD build or is that what you already have?

Your Intel build from the above link isn't bad, video card is a little underpowered, if you are trying to keep it under $800 you could easily get a GTX760 or GTX770 in there.
