So I recently finished building my new PC. However, I don't use Ethernet cable so I went with a network card. My problem lies in the fact that i cannot install the drivers for it and therefore, cannot go online. The network card came with a disk with the drivers on it, but I neither have a optical drive or have the ability to get one since my case is the NZXT H440 which has no optical drive bay. How am I meant to get the drivers on/get online?

On another note when I right click on my desktop and click Screen resolution, it shows this:

And not something like "Gtx 780".

Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Borrow some time on a friend or family member's computer. If it has an optical, copy the drivers from the disk to a thumbdrive. If it doesn't have an optical, go to the motherboard manufacturer's website and download the drivers from your board's support/download page. Then use the thumbdrive in your system to load the drivers. Use one of your case's USB 2.0 port to do the transfers, as the USB 3.0 ports may not work without the drivers.

Don't worry about the screen resolution until you have the drivers installed and working properly. Your 780 drivers need to be properly installed first. Once installed, make sure your monitor is plugged into your GPU and not the mobo.
