Very low fps drops league of legends

hi everyone I have four years old HP laptop I am having fps drops in-game at the beginning of the game I have like 100 - 80 fps when minions comes 40-50 fps when enemy comes 15-10-5 fps in sec and then fps goes up 60 or 40 then again fps goes down 15-10-5 its pretty annoying i cant even do anything.Ive re installed windows 7 over and over again updated drivers nothing happened.

4gb ram
intel core 2 duo 2.1ghz
ati mobility radeon HD 4530

Turn down your settings. Your hardware is outdated and underperforming, and it wasn't very good when it first came out four years ago, let alone now. Set graphics to medium, turn off shadows, turn off anti-aliasing if there is any, and make sure your resolution is at most like 1280x720. You should actually have it closer to 1024x768 or 960x540.
