Upgrade my GPU or CPU?

Hi there!

I'm planning to do an upgrade for my gaming desktop. My current specs are:

AMD FX-6100
GTX 650 ti
8GB RAM
600W PSU

What component replacement do you think would give me the biggest performance increase, and what would you recommend for someone on a budget of around $250, give or take? I want to be able to play the latest games on 1920x1080 at the highest settings I can get away with.

GPU. Most AMD CPUs that are X1XX are usually trash but with you budget and even though its a weaker CPU it shouldn't have any problems with a GTX 760, They're all around the $250 price range
