Whenever I play certain games, (DoTA 2, League of Legends, Borderlands 1 & 2, and now Firefall) I get these odd texture mishaps. They are stuck there, and I've had them in LoL for a few weeks now.

Specs - AMD Athlon II 640 Processor, 4 GB DDR3 Memory, 4 Gigabytes of RAM, 250W PSU, and an Radeon HD 4200 Integrated graphics
