I need help to see if this ram will work in my computer.

I have a eMachines EL1358G-51W does anyone know if this will work?

Assuming you have 1 or 2GB now and are going to 4GB? Should be a big improvement.

it won't work

your eMachines EL1358G only able to have 8 gig max = 4x2gig = 8

so the highest you can go is 2 gig stick..

btw.. your mb rate the ram to 1333 you might have to lower your ram if you get anything higher

Godto is right. I took a quick glance at the link you had, but closed it when I saw it was to one of the magic configuration sites. I pulled the system specs separately and assumed you were talking about 2 x 2GB sticks for a total of 4GB, not 4GB sticks. My bad.
