Both are very good processors and both would be good buys in my opinion, but the board depends on the rest of the system. For instance if you are going with 1866 ram you might want to go with the asrock combo, and the asrock board would also be better in that it has a PCI-E 3.0 port, as opposed to MSI having a 2.0, which only gives a noticeable difference depending on which graphics card you're going to be using, and then would only be slight (I don't think you'll have a problem with that). In my opinion I would squeeze an extra $20 into the motherboard budget if I could and go with the fx-8320, but I think both choices are good for the budget. I'm personally very happy with my i5-4670K and I've heard great things about the 4440 and the 8320, it mostly comes down to the motherboard.

I would go with the AMD combo and slightly upgrade to a better motherboard and an 8350 if you could make it fit in the budget, but as is with the MSI 907A-G43 would also be a good choice. (Not sure whether prices and availability are in Germany, but there's my opinion).
