Hey guys Kenny here,

CASE; COOLERMASTER FORCE 500

SSD; MICRON CRUCIAL M500 120GB

CPU COOLER; COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 EVO

CPU; AMD FX-8350

GRAPHIC CARD; GIGA-BYTE RADEON R9 280 WINDFORCE

HARDDRIVE; SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB

TOTAL 746.17€

2nd Build

MotherBoard;MSI Z87-G41

RAM; CRUCIAL BALLISTIX SPORTXT 8GB

HARDDRIVE;SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB

POWERSUPPLY;XFX PRO550W

CASE; COOLERMASTER FORCE 500

SSD; MICRON CURCIAL M500

CPU COOLER; COOLERMASTER HYPER 212 EVO

CPU; INTEL CORE I5 4670K

GRAPHIC CARD; ASUS RADEON R9 270 DIRECT CU II OC

So tell me what would be the best and thanks for taking a look.

Solution
Hi. Primarily because of the Motherboard and Processor. It will OC easily and runs cooler under load. To be honest, I prefer Intel over AMD anyway. They are simply, a better performing processor. If you need Multithreading, then AMD will score a bit better there, but that is it. Both are good Budget Builds, but as I said, I prefer Intel over AMD and would go that way everytime if the budget will allow for it.

Hi. For a budget build, build #2 is a very good way to go.
