This is my first time trying to build a pc and I've kinda decided what parts I want but need to cut the cost down and looking for variations of this build between 1500 and 1600 that will avoid losing too much quality. If possible I'd prefer not to change the cpu, motherboard, video card, and still use a full size case but this is all up for suggestions, I won't be over clocking. Here is the build I've come up with so far.

I'd like to be able to play pretty much any pc game coming out on close the highest settings along with doing a little video rendering on programs such as adobe premier. I'd be using other programs such as mumble, skype, steam, microsoft suite. Other things I'd do is some video converting, photoshop, desktop mirroring in my living room and allowing access to a media server on the pc, and of course again gaming. I'll be using dual monitors and plan on running windows 8.1

Peripherals I have and plan on using with it (not all at the same time):

2 1080p HDTV's one is a 50 inch the other is a 24 inch both would be connected through HDMI A Razer usb keyboard (uses 2 usb ports) A razer USB mouse turtle beach X12 headset (maybe in the future i'll buy a bluetooth headset) 720p usb web cam 1-2 usb 3.0 external HDD's (one is 500gb and the other is 1TB, sometimes connected and would be sharing ports with one another and flash drive) 2 Xbox One Controllers Usb Flash Drive (sometimes connected) Iphone

Anyways, heres my build for you in the cheaper range. I changed the cooler, motherboard (Even though you said I shouldn't), SSD to 120gb, and case (still a really nice case)
