I just did a new build, (transferring motherboard + cpu and ram) installing new PSU (750w) and GPU (R9 280). The motherboard is GA x58a UDR3 and intel i7 920. The build boots, and there are several LED's that turns on on the motherboard. However theres NO DISPLAY!!! I've reseated everything, replugged the PCIE and the 8 pin plug beside the CPU. I've also tried switching out the GPU to the old GPU but still no display? Anyone know? :X

put in your motherboards speaker and listen for error codes. if you hear more than one beep, its an error code. if you hear no beeps, the board may have shorted out or something.

I fixed it!, I placed the RAM in the wrong slots. the DDR3 slot went like DDR2, DDR1, DDR4, DDR3, DDR6, DDR5 (DDR 2 Closest to the CPU)
However, the computer has 3 sticks of RAM, and they are all the same models. I put it in DDR2, and DDR 1, and DDR3 slot the the computer just boots to CHECKING DRAM and it reboots and repeats. The computer will run fine when I have 2 sticks of ram in DDR1 & 2 slot. When I put the third on in the DDR3 SLOT it stops working. Any ideas?

I've never tried memtest86 before so I'm going to try it out tomorrow but I have a few things to add:

But my memory sticks are installed on DDR slot 1 and 2 and they are literally right beside each other, if I follow the MANUAL (below) it says to put dual channel memory in slot 1 and 3 :X? When I put triple channel, it says to put it in slot 1, 3, 5 but it doesn't boot.
I just thought how that is so weird about my ram configuration right now?

PLEASE REFER TO PAGE 16 OF THE LISTED PDF FILE

So my third ram isn't detected? I have no idea. This is what happens:
The computer boots up to CHECKING DRAM SIZES, reboots
and then it repeats it 2 more times and then the computer boots up fine?

The computer boots after 3 DRAM CHECKS and the ram works with just 1 stick inside. I'll check with memtest86 again but do I have to sit there and watch it? Or does it end with a result at the end?

Yes because I notice the difference when I multitask. The ram worked perfectly fine before, I've never changed anything except for the GPU and Power supply. I would love to just buy a new everything, then I wouldn't have asked on the forums :X

I didn't say I didn't want to run memtest, I've asked for help about memtest I simply asked what I need to be looking out for and if I need to be sitting there watching it. The answer I've gotten was basically "why not just buy a new computer" Correct me if I'm wrong. But what's the point of a forum then.
