Hello will Intel Core i3 4130 run watch dogs with R7-260X 2G GDDR5 128BIT OC and 8gb ram on high settings or mix high-medium settings? Resolution is 1366x768.
Hopefully, you can play it at 60+FPS at high settings. If you're waiting just to be able to play, then a word of advice, when you finally decide to buy it, some other game would be out with more requirements than you're buying.
Probably not as Watch Dogs is CPU intensive. You might only be stuck on medium settings, or even low. Watch Dogs is terribly optimised so you might not get very good settings out of your PC.
You won't get more than 40-50 FPS, on low settings. This game uses CPU and GPU like a hungry animal. In terms of graphics, it won't be playable if you have anything less than Radeon 7000 series/ R9 series.

oh okay. so what if i get i5 4440 will it go to high settings cause i think that the gpu is enough to handle it in high-medium settings. though i will wait again longer cause the i5 is more expensive than the i3

oh okay thanks. i will get the i5 though it will add a month or two before i can buy it.
There is nothing wrong with that i3 don't waste money on something that won't make any difference, Instead spend the $180 you are going to on a i5 on a R9 270 or GTX 660. Then you can run Watch Dogs on High/High. Before I owned my i5 3470, I ran my R9 270 with a i5 750 CPU, And your i3 4130 is a more powerful CPU than my old i5 750 (See i3 4130 vs i5 750 in link) http://cpuboss.com/cpus/Intel-Core-i5-750-vs-Intel-Core-i3-4130
So your i3 is more than enough for any game and will be for awhile. Some people are just hardware spoiled and start to actually believe weird things. Your setup as it is should already run Watch Dogs fine on Medium/Medium so honestly you really don't need to spend any money. And after they finally patch the game correctly you may be able to crank up the settings more.
