I believe this depends on what games you plan on playing. I would make a list of games that I was interested in see what their system requirements were and shoot for no more than 50% system utilization.

Out of all those games which ones require the most system resources? Meaning how many gb's of ram, what cpu specs, gpu specs, and hdd space are they saying is needed to run those games?
