Hi all,

I'm currently looking for the best parts list for a Intel/Nvidia pc build.

Requests:

Must be $1000 dollars or less
Graphics card MUST be Nvidia (I own an Nvidia Shield)
Must have at least a GTX 770 or higher
Must have a Intel i5 4670K or better (if a quality i7 is in price range please select one)
Must have at least 8GB of RAM (16 GB is preferred)
Power supply must be able to support two of whatever graphics card is chosen for SLI in the future
Motherboard must support SLI

I will be using this computer for Gaming/Graphic Design/Anything Else (From left to right in order of importance)

Thanks in advance,

Colin

The price rang you are looking at is not very easy to come by for what you are looking for. I am looking at around the same components and I am looking at around 1500-1700$. Also are you planning on overclocking? This will affect the rest of the build..

If you have any questions just ask.

I'm not too good with PSUs so I don't know if that'll be good enough for SLI in the future. Otherwise, this is an amazing build and should run all games and most editing software really well.

I don't plan on overclocking but honestly it's not within the $1500 dollar price range that ridiculous. I don't have a build put together but I know what parts cost.

Thank you for the prompt response. Also the inclusion of the SSD is appreciated. I do have a couple questions:

1. Can you guarantee that every single one of these parts will work perfectly with each other? I am about to go back to school and won't have time to fiddle with lots of errors.

2. Does this board have 4 RAM slots for future upgrade ability?

3. Can you 100% confirm this board supports at least 2 graphics cards.

4. Would a HAF-922 also work? I've heard those cases have great airflow. I just dont know if they have enough room for two graphics cards. They're also slightly cheaper. Every penny counts :p

PCPartPicker helps with compatibility, and yes, it looks like, after a second look, these will be fine together.

If you want future upgradability, get a 1x4.

Yep. Asus actually confirms it.

I'm not really good with cases, but I assume it would if it's an ATX mid case.
