CPU Cooler !

I just got my CPU cooler in the mail today and installed it, my problem is that when i turn on my PC the lights turn on and the fan from the cpu cooler turns on but, nothing pops up on the screen.

cooler have nothing to do with comp working or not.

did you plug in your monitor?
did you turn on monitor?
did you plug in your 6 or 8 pin power to MB?

Yes everything is plugged in, the lights on my PC come on but not on my pc i tryed HDMI and VGA

try on the mb video see if your video card is bad or maybe you didn't set it correctly.

btw. what your comp set up? so we can understand it better

I dont have a dedicated GC so thats not the issue, I have ASRock FM2 motherboard mircomother board 500w PSU, 1 fan , Hyper 112 EVo Cooler master CPU Cooler that i just installed.

Try reseating your components and cable connections. Try a CMOS clear. Lastly I would try reseating the CPU itself.

Recently saw a similar issue. Unplug the CPU fan and start the computer briefly if it boots, then the fan is the problem.

I booted it up without the fan, nothing still pops up on the screen. I reseated the CPU and the 8 pin connector still nothing is working on the screen.

Did you try your old heatsink/fan?
Any kind of motherboard diagnostic readout?
Also, if you have an old GPU laying around i would try that just to see if you can get an image on your screen.

I orderd my new GPU and its coming in on monday, but i dont understand why nothing is popping up is this a frequent oocurence.

Was everything with your monitor good. You know like the input setting the power and stuff like that. The input setting inparticular.

Everything was working earlier I just installed my new HeatSink and everthing turns on but the screen on the montor.

Nope, not frequent. You should definitely clear your CMOS though, something might have gone screwy in it. You can google how to do it. I'm off to bed. Good luck.

need to go to your monitor and choose hdmi ... that happen to me when i forgot to choose in my monitor which connection i was using

No man its not the monitor ive been using the same plug from the same monitor all day, I just re-installed it and it is doing the same thing, I dont get it?
