Hello guys! i am having a bit of a problem when playing starcraft 2 the game runs fluidly but the actions i take take a second or two before happening. this isnt the case always. this is happening since i ''upgraded'' my video card from a gt 640 to a r7 250x.
my other specs,
AMD A6-5400K 3.6 dual core
8gb 1866 of ram
7200 rp 160gb samsung x 2
powercolor radeon r7 250x 1gb gddr5
the card is working cause i tried playing skyrim and it runs properly on ultra settings(actually the gt 640 had a very hard time there) starcraft 2 works well but sometimes this happens so help!
also how do i know if the ''upgrade'' was really an upgrade?
