If the sys fan/cha fan headers are 4 pin, the onboard controller in BIOS is undoubtedly designed for PWM (Pulse Width Modulation) fans. Using a 3 pin fan on them will probably not provide any speed control. They will run at full RPM all the time.
OK, now I understand what you meant by MB controlled. That design is relatively new. MBs just recently started providing PWM controlled system/chassis fans. I've not used one of those type controllers before, but it looks like it would be a great tool if you want your MB's BIOS to auto control aux fans via the single 4 pin header. Is there something wrong with that controller? It looks nice and would seem to do the job. Sunbeam has been making fan controllers for quite awhile, although I have had no experience with them personally. Here is their web page for more info if you haven't already found it: http://www.sunbeamtech.com/PRODUCTS/Rheosmart/6.html
It seems like it would do the job was wanting one with a display if I could .
If there are no other ones that do I was also considering the bitfenix one what do u think of that one ?

Bitfenix is an excellent name. But I don't see anything on that controller that would indicate that it connected to the MB's 4 pin PWM header to allow the BIOS to control the fans' speed. That was your original request.
Ok so after some more research have narrowed it down to 3 as I'm limited to what I can order in Australia and can't find any that work like the sunbeamtech one.
