Solution
For MOST PEOPLE, PNY and Zotac are not AS good. Stick with the Big4 usually: Gigabyte, MSI, EVGA, ASUS.

Out of the 4 brands u chose, get the Gigabyte OR THE MSI.
Reasons to pick the MSI: Runs extremely cold and quiet
Reasons to pick the Gigabyte: Better warranty but it is noisy as heck

My recommendation: MSI and dont look back. RUnning a GTX 560 Ti Twin Frozr and I have had absolutely 0 issues with it for 3 years.

If you're considering the 4gb gtx 770, you might as well consider getting a r9 290 4gb windforce. It's a stronger card on the same tier as the gtx 780 for the price of the gtx 770 4gb.

As for the brands you're looking at, the ASUS/EVGA would be ideal.

Gigabyte cooler is also really good, it will keep your card cool, it has more fans which does make it slightly more noisy in some cases.

MSi, nice cooler and design too.

If you had to pick one of those 2, Go with whichever one looks nicer to you. Assuming they're the same price. Just look at videos for the sound and what not and decide from there.
