So I accendently formatted the Mac hard drive in boot camp and lost everything. (No I did not have a backup) but I went into the recovery hard drive and formatted the Mac HD to the correct format again.

Now I am having so much trouble trying to reinstall the damn OS. I tried the internet restore but that doesn't work because apparently apple doesn't have lion on the app store anymore so I am unable to use that.
(This item is temporarily unavailable is what it says when I try to use internet recovery to "Set up and install a new copy of Lion")

I have also tried booting from the Snow leopard CD's that I had laying around just got errors a black screen with errors etc.

So if you know how to fix this please let me know. Thanks

Lion is still available from Apple: http://store.apple.com/uk/product/D6106ZM/A/os-x-lion

If your Mac isn't running then how are you accessing the App Store? The Snow Leopard DVD that you have may have been designed for a different model from yours. are they the ones that were supplied with your Mac? When you formatted the Mac did you make it GPT format (as opposed to MBR)?

"Temporarily Unavailable" often means they're running maintenance, try again tomorrow.
