Cooler master hyper 212 evo fit in this case?

I am about to pull the trigger on my new build, but I need some help. Will the hyper 212 fit in a corsair spec-02 or spec-03? On PCPartpicker it says it will fit in the 02 but not the 03. When I looked up specs the 212 is 159mm tall and the 02 and 03 both support CPU coolers up to 157mm in height. Will this fit? I am very confused to why one will fit on PCPartpicker and not the other. I like both the cases and would gladly buy either.

That sucks. Do you know of any flashy cases under $60 with a side panel and LED's? With enough room for it?

Thanks! That case looks pretty nice. It would for sure fit that CPU cooler and large graphics cards? Are there any other cases like that a little flashier (only if possible) or would I then be giving up something essential like cable management or airflow?
