i have a corsair vengeance pro 8gb(2x4) 1600mhz cl9 kit. is it ok if i add another same kit to make my system 16gb?

Solution
That's what I was saying if you have any problems , one can often get the sticks to play with minor voltage/timing adjustments - not always, but with 1600 and below generally they can be 'helped' so they will play nice ;)

this is my ram http://www.amazon.com/Corsair-Vengeance-Series-Desktop-CMY8GX3M2A1600C9/dp/B00D2LGT4K/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1406953837&sr=8-6&keywords=corsair+pro+series+1600. and i want to add the exact kit . Is there a possibility that it will have a compatibility issues since it is on the separate kit even though they are same ?

If it's literally the same model number, CMY8GX3M2A1600C9 in this case, you probably should be cool.

Yes, you might pull ten sticks off an assembly line and out of the ten only find 4 that will play nice - that's why say a 4 stick set cost more than 2 two sticks sets, it takes more testing to find 4 that will play together. The programming for XMP is also done by the packaged set - with 2 sticks they might take a tRFC of 212 where 4 sticks might need the tRFC at at 278
