Its a complete Beast.

If possible try to push you budget a bit and get an SSD, An 840 EVO 120gb goes for around $90 and there are some slightly slower ones that go for about $60-$70. Heres one

And that PSU is Tier 3 and would not trust it at all with a beast of a build like this. Something XFX, Antec, or Seasonic would be fine but will most likely cost a bit more than that CX series PSU considering that you'd need a 600w version of whatever you decide as minimum for that R9 290 or it'll run a bit unstable

Agreed, very nice build but would always recommend an 840 EVO as a boot drive, and same goes for the PSU get a fully modular one too, you'll be much happier. RM 650 by Corsair is a great choice!
