Low gpu usage!

Just to test with bitcoins i downloaded it and while starting it my gpu usage was t 98% constant, but while playing BF3 or other games it's allways at 30% and it's not constant it drops :( Pls help me get it to 90% constant.

I get really BAD frames! I get around 12-35 depending were I am in BF3! low-ultra about same fps just drops by 2-4 fps (amd phenom 9600 quad, asus 7770 1gb gddr5, 650 watt psu, win 7 ulti) I get 20-50 fps in MINECRAFT! SO BAD!!!!! >:L Idk why! ? Helppp <3 drops to 12 at spawn,

Cpu: Amd Phenom 9600 quad core @2.3 ghz
Gpu: Asus 7770 1gb ddr5
Ram: 4gb. 2x2 mushking silver line ram
Hard-drive: 1tb westren digital green 7200 rpm
Windows software: Windows 7 ultimate 64bit.
Psu: 650 watt Cooler Master psu.
MotherBoard: M4A-78E Asus.
