Options for my first gaming pc

Guys, I'm going to buy my first gaming computer soon \o/

I looked all over the internet and the two options so far are:

Buy one from a small store here in my city (the owner assembles the pc)
This is the one I would buy in this case:
AMD FX6300
GTX 750TI 2gb
Asus 970 w crossfire
8gb ddr3
2TB sata
Thermaltake v4
Windows 8 included (DVD burner, 7.1channel audio pcie gen 3)
or
Buy parts online and assemble it myself
But I really don't understand a lot other than the parts a computer needs and I'm not 100% in my capability of assembling it myself and no warranty (1 yr for first option)

So here are the questions: is that first option too overpriced if I pay $999 CDN? (I probably think it is because it's the only store in town) If it is a fair price for an assembled computer, is it worth it compared to the second option? Will I get a WiFi on this mobo? I think it would be really expensive to put a cable all the way to my room considering there's no installation ready so I also don't know if I should invest in it, I'm somewhat limited in budget but in a near future I could arrange some more if it makes a big difference.

Thanks in advance guys! :D

If they have to add HST to the part then it's closer to $875, but it's still having over $100 which can go pretty far in a build that price. Also you'll still have manufacturers warranty on all the parts.
