Too many fans. Overkill for this PC. You got a Full tower case and ATX motherboard, which you don't really require considering your CPU and GPU. Being specific to your question, they may not be loud, but they are definitely not a compulsion for your PC. You don't really need those extra fans, your case manages it just fine.
