Hello all! I would like to ask on the cheapest possible copy of windows 7 I could purchase, but it has to be 64 bit ofcourse. I looked on besbuy, just to get an idea, heres the link.

http://www.bestbuy.com/site/windows-7-home-premium-with-service-pack-1-64-bit-license-and-media-1-pc-pc/5130359.p?id=1219111161659&skuId=5130359&st=windows%207&lp=9&cp=4

As you can see, the software is there and such, but will this work to make a formatted drive to bootup? Or is this like an upgrade only CD. Just making sure here.
