Cheap CPU Cooler?

I was installing/Cleaning my cpu/computer while i was trying to put the stock intel cpu cooler, i kind of well broke the "legs" at least one of them, even tough i am using it right now and it works...
my cpu is almost dying.

Is this a good cooler? ,i honestly don't realy want to overclock or anything, i just want to save my CPU.

Immediately stop using your computer until you get another cooler installed. At those temps it is not going to last long. The Cooler master 212 EVO will be fine for what you want to do although if you had troubles with the stock cooler you might really have troubles installing the EVO. Why did you remove the cooler to clean and did you even bother to remove the old thermal paste and install new paste? That's critical. If you are unsure it might be a good idea to get a shop or somebody with experience to do this for you.

Yes. Quite different. In some cases the board has to be removed if there is no access hole from the back side of the

motherboard tray. BTW, you might want to edit your use of the F word before the thread gets yanked. They kinda frown

on that here.
