I am currently trying to find what the problem is with my desktop, but I am pretty sure the mobo is busted. Anyways this is the beepcode
https://soundcloud.com/john-won-4/weird-beepcode
It happens near the end and just sounds like a long beep. That long beeps doesn't loop it just continuously goes. I cannot decipher this.

My motherboard is a GA-970A-UD3

Beep Codes are:
1 short: System boots successfully
2 short: CMOS setting error
1 long, 1 short: Memory or motherboard error
1 long, 2 short: Monitor or graphics card error
1 long, 3 short: Keyboard error
1 long, 9 short: BIOS ROM error
Continuous long beeps: Graphics card not inserted properly
Continuous short beeps: Power error

A continuous beep is telling you that there is a fan error.
This will happen if in the bios settings you have it monitoring you rpm speed of the fan.
If its set to auto it means the fan is spinning below the minimum rpm range required.

Either turn of fan rpm monitoring in the bios power section.
Or set your fan to a manual speed profile.
You should have three options High, Medium and low.
Set it to at least medium and the error will go away.
The cpu fan and any case fans must be above the lowest rpm setting in the bios or you will get a continuous long beep as a fan error because it thinks the fan or fans have failed so gives you a warning.

You will see what I mean if you look at each fan and its rpm, and if its bellow the set rpm range for the trigger alarm.

Problem is I can't even go to the bios settings. When I hook everything up the monitor goes to power saving mode and stays unresponsive while that beep code is going off.

Do you have a graphics card in the Pci-e slot of the board?
If so check it is fully seated flush in the slot.

And that when it was screwed to the case it is level with the slot.
And that any power connectors the Pci-e 12v from the Psu are connected to the card. You will also get a long beep here because it is saying there is a lack of power to your graphics card.

The only other thing it can mean depending on what PSU you have is power is not getting to components because the PSU is faulty.
