i want to know how to update bios and also do overclocking safely , i already installed windows 8.1 OS.
do i have to install software that comes from motherboard cd after win8.1 installtion only ? and also tell me how to overclocking and other stuffs that i can do with this motherboard

asus m5r97 r2.0
gigabyte r9 280
corsair vengeance 4gb ddr 3
evo 212 cooler
corsair 550w
asus xonar dx
nzxt 230 case
fx 6300 black edition, is it 64 or 32 bit how to find ?
1tb seagate baracudda 7200rpm
