I was going to buy this GPU today, but it shot from $149.99 to $203.99 and if I buy it, it will set me back a bit.

I found this one, I know it is not as good as the other one but it is in my price range. How much would it affect my gaming experience? Would I just have to play games on lower settings?

If you have any good GPU's that are under $160 could you see if they fit this build and send me a link of that part? Thanks.

You can still afford a R9 270 which can overclock to equal a 270x. The 750 ti is closer to a R7 265. There are also 270x's from sapphire and XFX for around $280if you can squeeze a little extra cash.

With the R9 270 would I still be able to play all current games without overclocking? Would you suggest just collecting a little more money and just getting the R9 270X

Some of the r9 270s are basically underclocked r9 270x's. You'll be able to play games at a higher settings without having to overclock it I'd imagine. The other thing is that the r9 270s also use less power than the r9 270x's. It never hurts to overclock the gpu to the r9 270x speeds.

Here's the cheapest one on pcpartpicker not including MIR: http://pcpartpicker.com/part/club-3d-video-card-cgaxr92...

What do you think, should I shell out an extra $30 and go with the one I was going to get or should I save those $30 and get the MSI one you suggested?

Go with the MSI r9 270. It's basically the r9 270x underclocked and a lower power usage. Overclocking it would get you to r9 270x speeds at a much cheaper price, the power usage would be the limiting factor for the overclock, but you should be fine. Even if you don't overclock, you'll still have a good enough card that'll last you a while on medium-higher settings.
