Ok, I want real answers from knowledgeable people, as this component is critical in any build. I'm looking to upgrade my PSU from a Thermaltake Toughpower 750 watt to an Evga PSU. It's listed below.. I want 80 plus GOLD and also full modular cabling and this fit the bill, but is this a high quality PSU? I'm worried since it promises so much at such a low price, which is typical of low-quality producers. What do you all think? Evga has some top tier PSU's and 2 lines are even in the top of the line, but is this along those same lines? PC specs are below.

Power supply wanted: http://www.amazon.com/EVGA-SuperNOVA-ATX12V-Supply-120-...

Specs:
AMD FX-8320
Corsair Vengence 16GB 1600mhz
Asus m5a99fx R2.0 Pro edition
1TB Segate HD at 7200rpm
8 fans
Radeon R7 260x
PCI Wi-Fi card
Raidmax Augusta Case
Thermaltake Toughpower 750 watt

Yes it is a good PSU, but why go from 750 watt to 650?

The 750 watt was from an old PC my dad gave me when his company (THQ) went out of business. They were giving away their PC's for like $20, so I used the PSU for my first build. But I never needed that much power, not even close, maybe 500 watts, so I got the cheaper option with power I can actually use.

Thermaltake Toughpower 750W is a Tier Two Class A PSU (http://www.tomshardware.co.uk/answers/id-1804779/power-...),which means its a high quality and a very reliable PSU
There is no need for the eVGA PSU.You just give money for something the same quality like your Toughpower.
If you really, really want it,you can get it,its a Tier One PSU,so you cant go wrong with it.
But like I said, you don't really need it.

The specs under your avatar say corsair 750watt,which is it?
I also don't see a point in upgrading if this psu you have works fine.

It's giving me problems, random restarts and slow performance, and I've narrowed it down to this. It's not the regular Toughpower. I can't find it online, it's not even bronze rated, and I want something modular and more efficient. Soooo..... can you answer the question or continue to nitpick?

I'm always in the mood :p  and seeing that you already made up your mind can i say that the evga will do fine.

I would spend more at this one,

also evga but better=different oem.Look for the review at jonnyguru.

EVGA Superonva G2 series is the one we know about & is excellent from reviews, making it one of the best units on the market at the moment.

However the EVGA B/G1 made by FSP & B2 made by Super Flower are unknown's, as there aren't any professional reviews on them as yet.
