What games will work? Inspiron 15 5000 with Intel HD 4400

I'm thinking of buying a Dell Inspiron 15 5000, (5547)
specs:

15.6 inch LED Backlit Display with Truelife and HD resolution (1366 x 768)
4th Generation Intel® Core™ i5-4210U processor (3M Cache, up to 2.7 GHz)
8GB 2 DIMM (2x4GB) DDR3L 1600Mhz
with Intel® HD Graphics 4400

So, I think COD MW3 will work...will it?
And Watchdogs also seems to work...If anyone knows it will/not work and be SURE about it.

I will let others say if games will work but you lack of a dedicated GPU is really going to limit what you can achieve.

Also what resolution is your screen?

I have hd400 on my laptop and o can run any valva games, even mw2 is quite laggy, bf3 is at 20-30 fps ish but still playable
