I had an acer v5-431 cannot install windows 8 after I changed to legacy bios no access to bios so to reset I took out cmos but was a small spark in taking it out now I can't put back the battery notr open up it says operating system not found and no access to bios please help

When you reset the bios you defaulted it back to factory settings.
That means you have to go into the bios and re-select the type interface used for the hard drive with the os on it.
It says OS not found because the HD interface mode selected in the bios is wrong.
It needs to be set Sata or Ahci mode.
Save the settings before exiting the bios.
