Mid Profile CPU Cooler under 157mm?

So I'm building a gaming PC but spend most of my budget for the GPU, and I ended up with Corsair SPEC-03 case. I did some research and found out SPEC-03 only support 157mm tall CPU Cooler, but a Hyper 212 need 160mm clearance. So you guys know any CPU cooler that as good as Hyper 212 but a little shorter?

read some reviews for how well they do.Look at sound test too,the evga seems to be quite loud for instance.It has also a red led fan so maybe fits well in that perspective.

Sadly, the T4 and EVGA Cooler doesn't available in my country. I'm thinking to get either TX3 or True Spirit 120mm. Which is better?

The True Spirit will cool better, but the TX3 uses standard plastic mounting pins - so you don't have to remove the motherboard to mount it. If you only want mild overclocking (or no overclocking), the TX3 is much more compact and easy to mount (if you are careful with the plastic push pins).
