constant restarts win 7

Hi guys my pc keeps restarting now before you say it's the psu I did try a new also cleaned out all the dust and tried reformatting when I was inside it I notices the fan on my video card was not moving could that be it it's a GeForce ft 545. Using win 7, icore7, 8GBP ram

Hi, have you tried tapping one the F8 key during startup? It should take you to "Advanced Boot Options" menu, from which you can select "Startup Repair". Lemme know if that works..

have to tried booting without the gpu ??restarts may occur because of hardware or software failure.....what types of restarts are u getting ???is it a bsod or a power cut type of restart ...can u hear some beeps ??

No beeps and startup repair didn't work. The screen will suddenly go black and then restart

It could be your hardrive. Try to take the hardrive out and put it in another computer to see if that is the problem

I did try a different psu and did a clean install the fan on my gpu is not working can that be causing it?

so is the system is totally dead is the cpu fan running or the mobo lights are on ?do one thing remove the gpu and try running the pc without it if it runs the gpu is the culprit or it may be the motherboard....
