It has a very low end CPU, and the integrated GPU is not sufficient.
Sorry to disappoint you! :(
You can still try, I just guarantee it'll either crash or run at like 10fps at the lowest settings and resolution.

Lol i dont mind its just for school mainly, writing papers and researching. Simply put i just needed to know if i should buy a desktop. Do you guys have any advice on a solid desktop? Preferably cheap but works well for games and can handle streaming on twitch while playing SC2 ?

I suggest building a desktop PC yourself.
What is your budget, and where are you located? I'd be happy to pick out components for you. I can also guide you through the building process once your parts arrive. :)

Ooof, that'll be a challenge. That's a very small budget. I'd recommend saving up until you have around $600 or more to spend.
If you can't wait, I will do my best to make you a very low budget build. It won't be able to play games very well at all though, especially if you need a monitor, mouse and keyboard.

Yeah, realistically you need 600-700 for a self built decent computer, the problem is OSes take up about $100 of that budget.

Oh that sounds awesome, im on a tight budget since i just paid for my summer classes and books, and rent, and car insurance. But ill have more cash so 700 bucks on a really nice desktop sounds fine for me.
