This is the first time I'm thinking of building myself a custom built, as I have only ever used laptops before this.
I'm looking for a small, portable desktop PC, specifically one of those Mini-ITX ones. I have a part list here, gathered from another thread on these forums, but I need a cheaper version of this. I will be using Autodesk Inventor, but only for small, up to 30-40 part assemblies, which wouldn't require a massive amount of computing power.
Here are the parts I'm basing it off, but I just need a less powerful version of this, preferable under $750, but also as cheap as possible:

Here are the minimum requirements for Inventor:
