I'm getting random restarts when using intensive applications(Modern Games etc.) Just like when a rig gets too hot the system would reboot, however all temps are reading fine. A memory diagnostic states a hardware failure so I imagine the RAM? I've had RAM issues before but they afffexted the whole performance.

It could indeed be the RAM, amongst other things.
