Hi , i wanna buy a SH pc and i have 2 offers , recommend me which is good for gaming , i have a monitor with resolutipn 1367x768 , i dont want to OC them

The first option has a LOT more power compared to the 2nd one. 3.3 GHz 6 core vs 2.3 GHz 4 core is no competition.
The GPU is however more or less the same, the 6k series has better clock speed and more effective memory. While the 5k series has more processors. I'd still say the HD6790 is better.

HDDs are the same, so no competition here.
500W PSU is ok, 700W is like overkill.

Option 1 all the way.
