So i have a new build.
msi z97 g45
4790k
16gb 2133 vengeance cosair
1kw dark pro 10 psu
h100i cooler
Fresh windows 8.1 install on a new 120gb 460vertex ocz
asus 290
The Issue:
When i boot the pc up from a full shutdown over night etc, so come the morning i turn it on.
Within 10-15 minutes for no reason the pc will power cycle, full power loss and all thats in the event viewer is "kernel-power" loss which is normal, nothing else.
But, then it reboots and is perfect for the entire day until i shutdown for the night and come to do the same thing tomorrow etc.
I could be browsing the web, playing a game, doing anything in those 10 mins or so and it would still do it.
What ive done so far:
CL1 disabled via bios
bios updated
auto shutdown disabled via system options under os
different voltages, auto voltages [doesnt matter if cpu set at 1.3v or auto etc]
temp monitoring, cpu only hits 85 when i render, even gaming etc doesnt get above 65
gpu hits prob 60ish give or take also, and max ive had it at atm is 70 when rendering also
All i can think of, its as if something hidden is running a update/script and causing it to crash - but ive disabled everything i can think of that runs auto updates.
Im bamboozled here, i doubt very much that its any of the hardware but i guess it could be.
There's litually nothing in the event viewer either to help me pinpoint whats going on, which is the absolute kicker.
Any help, advice, anything would be greatly appreciated.
Im going bonkers here.
