I hav a
amd fx8320 black edition Processor
with 8gb adata ram of 1600mhz
nd zotac nividia gt630 ddr3 4gb zone edition graphics clock= 901mhz,cuda cores= 384, Memory data rate =1600mhz,memory interferance= 64bit, memory bandwidth=12.80gb/s connected into 8×2 =16pci express slot nd a Asus en8400gs silent 1gb ddr2 of Cudacores=16,graphic clock=589mhz ,processor clock=1402mhz, memory data rate=666Mhz,Memory interferance =64bit connected with the pci express 4×2=8 Of my motherboard Gigabyte 970ADS3P As both of my gpu runs on power saving mode i need a fan for my fx8320 So that i can overclock it without overheating nd want a psu to take advantage of my pc full potential nd healty working Nd i hav got a seagate 500gb hd sata hardisk in my pc with a dvd writer of lg plz help me guyz i m realy confused

What's your budget for the power supply and cpu cooler? You could get something like a Hyper 212 Evo, and an XFX 550w/650W Bronze power supply.
And btw, your second GPU won't be giving you more performance, on the contrary it could be causing some compatibility issues.

I hav 5000Rs budget for processor fan nd 3000 Rs budget for psu hence total of 8000rs nd my 2nd graphics is not doing to well i hav placed it in my pc for physx calculation is it be any use of using my second graphic card or it will just slow my pc nd thankx in advance nd ur last solution it helped me chosing processor fan but i m still confused about psu nd also i m planing to buy a new gpu Rti R9-270x 2gb 5b oc Saphire nd remove this 2 card can i play at 1400× 900 Resolution with ultra graphic crysis3,watchdog,call of duty ghost nd other upcoming games with these card or i should look for any other card

Well thnkx so i go for R9 270x or u can suggest me better gpu for above configuration to play games at 1400×900 At ultra setting the upcoming games like assasin creed unity nd others

I hav decided it to buy from local shop nd i hav got 3 Option Zotac gtx 660 2gb ddr5 for Rs 11990
ati R7 270 2gb 5b ,oc his for Rs 11990 Nd
Ati R9 270 X 2gb 5B , oc saphire for Rs13590
so i m confused between these 3 Cards
