The PSU is a really bad. You need a new one. Of course the R9 270X is better. A good 500W PSU will be enough. Maybe Corsair, Cooler Master, Seasonic, EVGA, FSP.

if u go for the MSI GTX 750ti u might need to change the PSU.... but still the old psu might be enough....

if u go for the MSI R9 270x Twin Frozr Oc.... u will need more space(new cabinet + Psu) coz it a long card....

it all depends on ur budget.... ur current psu is 450w not 500w....

u already have a bad psu.... the psu tht comes within 2000 rupees will be more or less the same psu tht u hav now.... it is now worth spending 2000 rupees on a worthless psu....
