Since I discovered PCPartpicker.com in it's various, country-specific flavors, I use that for all component plans. It is super-helpful in that it also gives and estimated power requirement. Before that I used a few websites that had PSU estimators, and since I didn't trust any one of those calculators, I used 3 or 4 and then used the highest estimate i got.

I then add about 150-200W over whatever number PCPartPicker comes up with.

Then I use this list
http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-1804779/power-supply-unit-tier-list.html

To look at the list of suitable power supplies that PCPartpicker comes up with and then usually I go with a Seasonic that fits my requirements. :)

If i already have it? It will run games? I don't really want a super gaming pc, just a good one to play sometimes.

It will definitely run games, but its overkill. It costs $320,while the 4690K costs $220
The i7 only has the advantage in hyper-threading,which is useful when editing and stuff like that.
Its stupid that you are using a mid-range GPU with a high-end setup,if the purpose of the PC is gaming.
I suggest that you get a new mobo and the 4690(K) and a R9 280, That way you have a better GPU and a equal, but cheaper CPU.
But it's on you to choose.
And since you asked what PSU to get,Seasonic M12 II Bronze 620W is great in both situations.

Your processor is more powerful, but it doesn't help in gaming, it does help in video editing though. Which you apparently do. ^^ The graphics card is what really makes the difference, but if you don't need to run everything at 60fps max, this graphics card should do for now.
