Ok here goes :
cpu i5 4670 @ 3.4Ghz
mobo : asus z97
pwer supply: 650 watt
hdd : 2 ( 500gb+ 2tb)
gfx card: r9 290 oc tri x

so apparently where i live ,there is a lot of power cuts , and until i get another ups, my pc resets whenever i am playing games and the power goes out ( current ups is 600 va . ino -_-) so well , as far as my worries go , i am concerned if it is in any way damaging my hdd ? or gfx card ? coz sometimes when it goes into reset , i get error '' display driver stopped functioning and has recovered'' which fixes after i give it a proper restart.also i read that hard resets damage the hdd. is all this true? shud i do something about it ?

so pals, give me an insight. :)

To be honest power out do a little damage. And that error you get is because of the immediate shut down. I suggest you should buy a stabilizer that should protect your PC from power outage, up and down of the voltage too. I have alot of power outages where i live (they have reduced now) but i use stabilizer so up till now i didn't have any serious damage. So i recommend a stabilizer before UPS if you can.
