Is my i5 3350p the problem?

So except that i got 30-70 fps avg 50-60 on games at high with low aa on 1440x900 i have strange prob when am listening to music and open league of legends the music stops for a sec why?

What are your other specs? The CPU is fine for any GPU on the market so most likely the problem is somewhere else.

Specs look fine so most likely the game turning on is stopping the music since the sound files from the game are loading basically a short software conflict.

You can try playing with your sound settings and see if you can find solution for it.
