Alright, I have a watercooled 920 from the stone age which I've rather enjoyed,, under basic overclocking I have higher speeds than the mid-range gen4 proocessers out there.

However today I went to best-buy and bought another 4gig stick of ram, decided to amp it up, see if planetside 2 would play better. Installed, computer bluescreened with the error message. "Driver_IRQL_not_less_or_equal"

So this is kind of crap, I tore memory out, didn't work, computer was sluggish as all balls so I reformatted another harddrive to see if it was a software problem, didn't work, read up on ram and heard that different clock speeds need to be seperated by channels, tore it all apart, seperated it, and that's when I noticed my radiator was MELTING hot, so I opened realtemp (under loads of lag) and my clock temperatures were around 60-70.

This is pretty high, especially when I idle low 50's and never go above 65 under load. I have also noticed something else funny. . . When I shut down my PC, I have 3 guages in the front, the lights stay on, and so does the red light that signifies if your disk is spinning or not.

These all stay on, and I have to power down the power supply to turn them off. . . This did not happen before.

Either way, I am at a complete loss why this thing suddenly started acting up. I played planetside 2 this morning while recording/listening to music, went to bestbuy, bought ram, powered down, and installed ram, and it hasn't worked right since. . .

Any advice would be a godsend, I really do not want to shell out $600 for a new PC.
