Hi everyone I'm building a new PC and was wondering if the Corsair Quiet edition and High Performance fans where the same thing? For example are the Quiet edition fans just High Performance fans with an RPM cap? Just curious because if this is true than i'll just buy the High Performance fans and tune down the RPMs with software. Thanks
