transferring pictures from a removed internal p.c. hard drive to my mac mini?

I removed my internal hard drive from my old c.p.u. and i bought a mac mini and want to know if there is a away to transfer my pictures from the internal p.c. hard drive to my new mac mini?

Get an external usb case for your hardrive and connect it to your mac. Depending on the file system on the disk (ntfs or fat) the mac might only be able to read the pictures. Copy all data to the mac, refomat the external disk and use it as a backup disk.
