Looking for the best deal on SSD

So im looking for the best deal on an sdd for under $100. 100 being the max limit. I found these so far but whats the difference and whats better? Theres 2 diff crucial but I cant tell the diff besides one is 120gb and the other is 128gb.

The Samsung 840 Evo is the best one in that list. Next would be the Crucial MX100 which has the latest technology from Crucial. The M500 is getting a little long in the tooth.
