As the title says, I'm having audio problems with my new PC, running an FM2A75 Pro4+ motherboard (No sound card), with the main problem being that there is no sound at all (I say main, I mean only).

When accessing the Realtek HD Audio manager that came pre-installed, it appears to say that both the front and rear panels of the computer are deactivated (They are greyed out, cannot be clicked on). Any audio devices that are plugged into my computer also do not appear in the device manager either, making me think the error is with the panels.

The motherboard is new out the box, I have checked that all devices I have plugged in work on other computers, re-installed the software, disabled the software and tried running directly from the ports and manually enabled the ports in the BIOS all to no avail. Everything else on the computer seems to be working fine, as I am making this post from it now.

Any ideas or help would be much appreciated. This build has been a bit of a bitch and has just about beaten me. Thanks guys

When you say you enabled the ports, does that mean that you made sure the audio device was enabled in the bios? If it is enabled, I would uninstall realtek in control panel and re-boot and let it re-install itself.
