Hi guys.
I have a problem with windows 8.1.sometimes when windows starts the loading sign will be appear and a little lower there is the statement "Please Wait..."and after a few seconds a light blue screen will pop up and says " It Seems windows didn't load correctly" and there is options to restart pc or troubleshooting.after i restart my computer this doesn't happen but something wores happens.
after login my cursor is still there but it can't open any desktop programs or even the programs in taskbar.it seems it doesn't have any interaction with any part of windows.the timer locks up and i can't do anything except restarting using case button.but i can move cursor.sometimes i can even use task manager using Ctrl+Alt+Delete.but some other times it logs in with no problem.
it seems the pc gets slower down a little like when i start a program or game which i am sure is related to this problem.
this problem appear from 14 hours ago i think.
any suggestion.
please help me.
